and included office buildings, stores and plazas, schools, condominums, banks
and more. |

| Kaufman's Store. Won award
from Chicago Lighting Institute. "Most of the heat required by the store is
recovered from the lights. Ducts transport the heat to units on the roof where
it is mixed with the proper proportion of outside air before being returned to
